"I ordered a specific model and size, but..."
I ordered a specific model and size, but when the box showed up, it had a completely different pair of shoes inside. The receipt even had my correct order on it, so I have no idea how it got mixed up. What made it more frustrating is that nobody seems to want to take ownership of the mistake, and now I’m stuck dealing with the return process. Annoying for a first order from this shop.

"I gave up trying to shop here"
I tried shopping on Super Runners Shop, but i ended up giving up after a while. The site just felt clunky to use, and I kept getting frustrated trying to narrow things down with the filters. Finding the right sizes was harder than it should’ve been, and even the checkout process didn’t feel very smooth. The products might be perfectly fine, but the website made the whole experience feel like too much of a hassle

"Shoes were fine, but the packaging wasn’t right"
The shoes themselves were okay, but the box showed up completely crushed, ripped, and barely taped together. It looked like someone packed it in a hurry and just sent it out anyway. I feel like if a customer is paying for a new product, it’s only fair to take enough care to make sure it arrives in decent condition. Not very happy about that.

Not gonna lie, trying to return a pair that didn’t fit turned into way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear at all, and I’m still waiting on my refund. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously improve the returns process

I reached out expecting at least some kind of reply, but no one ever got back to me. My first reaction was just, seriously? It’s really frustrating when you take the time to contact customer service and then get completely ignored

I tried to exchange a pair of shoes, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The emails took forever to get answered, I had to explain the same thing more than once, and the whole thing just felt kind of disorganized. It didn’t really seem like anyone was paying attention or trying to help. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Wouldn’t Order Again If I Needed It Soon"
I’ll just start with the ending: I probably wouldn’t order from Super Runners Shop again if I needed something within any reasonable timeframe.
I ordered a pair of shoes, and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The site made it seem like they’d be sent out quickly, but the order just kind of sat there without much happening.
I kept having to check the tracking myself, and the updates weren’t very helpful when they did show up. The shoes may be fine, but by the time they arrived, I didn’t even need them anymore.

"Refund process dragged on"
I sent my shoes back and could see they’d already received the return, but my refund just sat there with no real update. I ended up getting stuck in that annoying support loop where one person says they’ll check, then another asks for the same details again, and nothing actually moves forward. They did reply, so it wasn’t like I was completely ignored, but it didn’t make the refund happen any faster. It came through eventually, but if you’re counting on getting your money back quickly, I wouldn’t rely on it...

I went in hoping to get some decent guidance on running shoes, but the staff didn’t seem too confident about what they were saying. I asked basic stuff about support, fit, and sizing, and the answers were kind of vague. It made me wonder a bit about the quality of the recommendations, and even whether I was being pointed toward the right shoes at all. Felt more like they just wanted me to choose something and move on. Not ideal if you actually need help.

I ordered based on the size chart, but the shoes ended up fitting way smaller than expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but the sizing info definitely felt misleading. I’d recommend sizing up or double-checking before buying.

"Pretty okay shop, but not perfect"
I ordered a pair of running shoes from Super Runners Shop, and the site was easy to get around. The prices were fine too, not exactly the cheapest I’ve seen, but still reasonable.
The only thing was shipping took a little longer than I expected, and the tracking was slow to update. The shoes did show up in good shape though, so overall it was a average shopping experience for me.

"That so-called discount code was pointless"
I was going to buy a pair of shoes because they had this promo code advertised, but of course the thing didn’t work at checkout. I asked customer service and they just gave me the whole “some items are excluded” line, even though that wasn’t clear anywhere I could see. felt misleading, like a fake little deal just to get you shopping. Wasted my time, and I’m not ordering from them again

"Shipping Cost Felt Shady"
I was ready to place my order, but the shipping cost at checkout was way higher than I expected. It made me feel like the price looked good upfront, then the extra fees got tacked on later. Not a great feeling, and I probably won’t order again.

"My size is always sold out"
I’ve been checking back over the past couple of weeks, and every time I find a pair of shoes I actually like, my size is already gone. It happened again today with a few different pairs, so it’s getting frustrating. I just wish they’d keep the more common sizes in stock more often because it feels like a waste of time.
